Important Notice: Match & Munch vouchers are single-use dining marketing incentives. Vouchers must be verified and redeemed by authorized restaurant staff on duty at the time of dining.

1. Promotional Offer Terms

Participation in the Match & Munch ("Taste Match") card game and redemption of winning vouchers is subject to the following conditions:

Single-Use Only: Each winning promo code (e.g. BURGER-98X) and accompanying QR code can only be redeemed once. Once scanned or entered by the server, the code is permanently marked as redeemed in Cloud Firestore and cannot be reused.
Table Limit: Limit of one (1) promotional reward voucher per dining table or party per visit.
Dine-In Requirement: Unless explicitly stated otherwise by restaurant management, vouchers are valid strictly for dine-in patrons seated at Bistro Gusto tables.
No Cash Value: Vouchers have no cash alternative, are non-transferable, and cannot be bartered, auctioned, or sold.

2. Verification & Redemption

Guests must present the winning voucher screen on their mobile device to their server or cashier prior to the generation of the final bill. Bistro Gusto reserves the right to decline vouchers that appear forged, tampered with, or already logged as redeemed in the cashier system.

3. Limitation of Liability

Flugelsoft Labs and Bistro Gusto assume no responsibility for:

Mobile connectivity delays, network interruptions, or cellular carrier failure at the dining venue.
Device incompatibility, battery exhaustion, or accidental browser tab closure prior to voucher presentation.
Technical errors caused by third-party browser extensions, ad blockers, or hardware malfunctions.

4. Right to Modify or Terminate

Bistro Gusto and Flugelsoft Labs reserve the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or modify this promotional game, voucher offerings, and qualifying criteria at any time without prior individual notice, subject to local dining regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

The "Taste Match" game mechanics, Matter.js Antigravity physics implementation, and software architecture are proprietary intellectual property developed by Flugelsoft Labs. All restaurant trademarks, menu item names, and logos belong to Bistro Gusto.
